- The Foges centre (déchèterie des Foges), Route des Châtaigniers 13bis, in Chailly. It serves households and businesses of Montreux and Veytaux.
- Do I need a card for the waste disposal centre?
- Yes. Each household in Montreux and Veytaux receives a free household card (carte Ménage). A lost card is replaced for CHF 20; a faulty one is replaced free.
- When are the mobile waste collection points open?
- On Wednesdays from 14:30 to 18:30 and on Saturdays from 8:30 to 12:30, at a different place each time. They are for households.

- Nine places in turn: Montreux (Av. Nestlé 14), Clarens (Rue du Torrent 24), Territet (Ch. du Bocherex 15), Veytaux (Rue du They 1), Glion (Rte de Caux 41), Caux (Ch. de la Patinoire), Chernex (Ch. - How do I get bulky waste collected in Montreux?
- The Commune runs a pick-up on appointment, usually on Mondays. It costs CHF 80 for up to 3 m³, about a five-seat sofa. Book at least 15 days ahead, by phone; the number is on the Commune’s page. It is for residents of Montreux and Veytaux only, not for businesses.
- Is bulky waste collection free for anyone?
- Yes, for people who receive disability insurance (AI), social assistance (RI) or supplementary benefits (PC). For everyone else it costs CHF 80.
